Background

Erika grew up in Beverly Hills, California. She moved to Chapel Hill in 1994 after graduating from UCLA with Highest Honors (Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa) and began her real estate career.

Erika has guided over 500 families through the home buying process as lead listing agent, sales and marketing manager for Chapel Hill's Southern Village, one of the top selling communities in the history of the Triangle. She led the sales team to win the Best Sales Team in the Triangle Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence Award, bestowed by the Home Builders Association.

After the completion of Southern Village in 2003, she handled sales and development management for Bryan Properties, developer of Southern Village and other award-winning Triangle communities. Since 2006, Erika has consistently been one of the most successful general brokerage Realtors in the Triangle area: 2007 to date she is the #1 Prudential Realtor in Chapel Hill, 2009 to date she is the #1 Prudential Realtor in the Triangle and 2010 to date Erika is the #1 Realtor in Orange, Durham & Chatham Counties.

Erika also believes in giving back to her community. Throughout her real estate career she has been an integral member of the Greater Chapel Hill Association of Realtors and in 2005 served as President of the 600-plus member organization.

Erika's current residence is a custom built home in Southern Village. She shaped the exterior and interior design and the home has been featured in Better Homes & Gardens and The Chapel Hill News. Her husband, Christopher, and children are the delights of her life.
